We are confident that your custom-made garment will fit you perfectly, and should there be any alterations that need to be made, you will have timely and attentive after-sales service to ensure the ideal fit.
Any reports (fit defects, imperfections or otherwise) must be received by our customer service department within 30 days of receiving the garment or the day the order is ready for pickup at our Store. If the report is made after 30 days, any action will be at the customer’s expense.
Tailoring Adjustments
If you feel your garment needs minor adjustments*, you can come directly to Cantalupo Stores, or you can go to your trusted tailor. We will refund you the total amount you spent on the adjustment (up to 100€) or double that in the form of a voucher to use on your next purchases.
* Adjustments that do not involve disruption of the sartorial pattern.
Conditions for Refund
Send us your refund request within 30 days of receiving the item or the day the order is ready for pickup at our Store.
You will be refunded within 7 business days of receipt of the request with the same payment method used at the time of purchase if possible (Credit Card on website, PayPal).
Maximum €50 refund
For alterations made at our Stores: once the alterations have been made to the garment, the customer will have 14 days (from the date of receipt of the garment at home or the date communicated for pickup at the Store) to request further tailoring. Once the 14 days have passed, any further alterations will be the responsibility of the customer and no refund will be possible.
Free repackaging
Should your tailor deem it impossible to make alterations to your garment, and these alterations are also greater than those provided in the Tailoring Alterations Form, Cantalupo will repackage it for you from scratch.
Our goal is to provide you with the perfect fit, so if your tailor feels that it is not possible to improve the fit of your garment with minor alterations, we offer you the option of free repackaging.
To ensure the best possible result for your new garment, we ask that you:
Send us at least three photos (front, back and side) in which the inaccuracy in fit is visible.
Tell us precisely what changes in cm will need to be made to the garment. You can use a drawing as a guide.
Wait for instructions from our customer service department to pick up the garment to be repackaged.
Conditions for repackaging
Application for repackaging must be made within 30 days after the order is shipped.
Cantalupo reserves the right to refuse to repackage the garment if the necessary alterations can be made by a local tailor.
The repackaging is aimed at achieving a perfect fit, consequently, the customizations chosen by the user cannot be changed under any circumstances.
The cost of shipping the garment to be returned – pending repackaging – is free of charge for customers within the Euro zone.
In case the fabric for the remake is out of stock, you will be asked to indicate an alternative fabric in the same price range.
Garment repackaging is valid only for the first garment made of each type. We do not repackage subsequent garments to those previously purchased, unless they have obvious manufacturing defects or different sizes from the first garment made. (ex: In the event that the customer, after purchasing a first shirt, decides to purchase another one, Cantalupo will not accept the possibility of repackaging this second order).
Returns and Withdrawals
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can request a full refund by following our return policy.
If you are not satisfied with your order, please do the following to get a full refund.
Write an email to info@cantalupogroup.it attaching 3 photos of the worn garment (front, back, side) so that the defect or the reason why you want to return the garment is visible.
The claim will be viewed by our Style Advisors, who will notify you if it is approved.
The item to be returned must be boxed in its original packaging and sent at your own expense, using a traceable shipping method.
We ask that you include the order receipt or confirmation email inside the package.

Conditions for return
In order to ensure a high level of service, Manitaly provides for the cancellation of the contract, if the made-up garment has: structural imperfections, fit issues, or impossibility of alterations*. Manitaly, provides a refund of the amount paid upon fulfillment of the conditions listed below.
The intention to withdraw must be communicated within 30 days of the shipment of the order.
Manitaly will only accept unused or damaged garments. Manitaly reserves the right to refuse a refund if the garment shows obvious signs of use or is damaged. Manitaly will not accept garments that have been altered in any way.
Any shipment that does not comply with the above conditions will be returned to the sender without the issuance of any refund.
All refunds will be made using the method of payment originally used.
In the case of promotions involving the purchase of multiple products together, the customer must return all items purchased to receive a full refund. Any retained items will be charged at full market value.
You will be refunded within 7 business days of our receipt of the item using the same payment method used at the time of purchase if possible (Website Credit Card, PayPal). Otherwise, you must communicate within the Return Form the bank details on which you wish to receive the refund.

* “Structural imperfections” means all features that differ from the order, or production defects that show deviations from common sartorial standards (buttons not at a distance, buttonholes not conforming, incorrect cuts, etc.). “Impossibility of alterations” means all interventions beyond those listed in the Tailoring Alterations Form. However, since these are garments made non-industrially, the maximum values listed on the Tailoring Changes Form may be subject to a tolerance of 2 cm
